Seven production-ready products. One AI core. Built for universities, businesses, and the people who run them.
Every week, staff answer the same questions. Lost property sits in a paper log. Operations run on disconnected tools nobody fully uses.
Staff spend 20%+ of their day hunting for answers scattered across email threads, shared drives, and whoever's been here the longest. The answers exist. They just aren't findable.
Most institutions still track found property on a clipboard or shared spreadsheet. Items go unclaimed. Staff waste time. There's no digital trail and no way for community members to check remotely.
Operations, advising, task management, and finance each live in a different tool. Nothing talks to anything. Institutional intelligence stays fragmented — and invisible to leadership.
Atromix Search is the core. Every other product extends from the same AI foundation — so customers start with one and expand naturally.
AI-powered knowledge base and digital Lost & Found for any organization. Staff type any question in plain English and get an instant answer from your institution's own content. No login required to search.
Project management, KPI tracking, and employee directory for organizations that need visibility without enterprise complexity.
Employee-facing task management. My Day view, Kanban boards, and timeline planning — built for the way people actually work.
Invoicing, profit & loss tracking, budget management, and payroll calculator. Financial clarity without an accounting degree.
Campus club management, events, ASG operations, and budget workflows. The operational layer universities have been missing.
AI-powered academic advising. Degree planner, course tracking, early alert flags, and appointment booking for advisors and students.
Intelligent scheduling and task management for individuals and teams. Included with both suites — also available as a standalone personal productivity tool.

Atromix was built by a student at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. Every product in this suite was designed, coded, and shipped alone — before raising any outside capital — because the problems were real and visible every day on campus.
Atromix isn't a concept or a pitch. It's software that works in production, being used by real people right now. The company is raising a $600K pre-seed round to fund cloud infrastructure, mobile development, and the first team hires.
