This Privacy Policy describes how Atromix Technologies ("Atromix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our products and services. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices.
We collect information you provide directly, including account information (name, email address, organization), knowledge base content you create, Lost & Found submissions, and payment information processed by Stripe.
We automatically collect basic usage data, log data (access times, pages visited), and anonymized search query data not linked to any individual identity.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models or for advertising.
Your data is stored on U.S.-based infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures including password hashing and access controls. See our Security Policy for current posture details.
Atromix uses Anthropic (Claude API for AI search), Stripe (payment processing), and AWS (infrastructure hosting). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and security certifications.
For educational institution customers, Atromix acts as a "school official" under FERPA. We do not disclose student education records to third parties without institutional consent. See our full FERPA Compliance Statement for details.
